Right, that’s enough for today. Let my weekend begin! Galmont is open Sunday 11 - 5 , I won’t be here but the posters will!
Off to watch the #royalwedding … even though Kate and will are no match to this couple! http://twitpic.com/4qvdnp
I can’t work out if a clients surname is Clemons, Lemons, McClemons or McLemons. Hoping it’s Lemons.
Dearest @LeniandRose ! I know it’s not the same, but I just sourced this: http://www.galeriemontmartre.com/ProductDetail.aspx?ProductID=730
Loving the colours in the top image by Eric Ellis via @grainedit http://bit.ly/hJNWxq . Olive is great.
At Galerie Montmartre we have SO MANY wonderful posters. Tons. Truly. And this is a wonderful thing. But sometimes I think some posters get a little lost, a little overlooked. So here is my poster push, a new idea to introduce you to the hidden gems in the Galmont collection.

Bonal by A. M. Cassandre, printed 1935
An absolute Art Deco tour de force. The beautiful mustard-gold, the strong line, the classic font. Just the right balance of simplicity and theatre.

For a while we had a Bonal on the wall of the gallery. Up there, on the right. Looked amazing over the timber plan drawers. I think the colour might be a little scary for some? But with the white, rich timber, black and greys in the gallery, the shades of yellow and gold have a brilliant warmth. Perfect for any space.

Bergasol by Bernard Villemot, printed 1976 (so beautiful and all mine!)
Salut mes amis! It has been a while, yes? It has been a BUSY start to the year. But I am back, albeit in a slightly different way. So please do drop back and follow again. I can promise loads of poster deliciousness. You will see….
Delivery of 2 tubes from the conservation studio means a busy day for me. Photographing, measuring, researching, uploading…. phew!
Males…? Would you be more likely to wee if I left a note asking you not too? Or would you walk another 5 steps to the alley and wee there?
I’m like a child when daylight savings ends. My body says ‘go to sleep’ at 8pm, and ‘wake up!’ at 6am. Any tips on how to adjust?
Merci @lamadrebakery - on my way to @famishd for one of your famous hcb’s. Yum!
